A new way to advertise pre-leasing awareness campaign for Lilia Waikiki and its entrance to the market in May 2022 was introduced. The primary goal was to showcase a new look and elevated branding for Lilia, formed through a partnership with POW!WOW! Hawaii and three local artists, while also highlighting additional components of the Lilia Mixed-use destination, including the Waikiki Market and other signed tenants. The Airstream presence provided customers and prospective renters with creative hybrid live and virtual experiences that incorporated online elements and social engagement. The project aimed to cultivate a deeper, stronger, and more positive connection with Lilia by generating leads through collecting contact information and data on future prospects. Additionally, the project served as a workaround for barricade advertisement limitations, providing an effective and innovative solution for promoting Lilia Waikiki.
